Artists' Statement
"Coexistence" crosses the borders of photography and hand-drawn illustration, of digital software and traditional tools. It aims to effectively tell an interesting visual story and to create scenes that are out of the ordinary.
Artist Bio
Kevin and Tris met in college, where they were members of the same student organization.
After moving to Japan, Kevin reached out to Tris with an idea for a collaboration. It would allow each to contribute their individual creative forte to the piece. For Kevin: photography. For Tris: illustration. They come together to collaborate in the same way again for Art Without Borders.
